One way Washington D.C. effects me is because D.C. is where the government passes laws. Some of the laws that they pass sometimes effect me and my school. Another way Washington D.C. effects me is when our school takes a class trip to Washington and explores the beauty of our nation. While we also are in D.C. we learn much more about our government. Lastly one way I am effected by Washington is how when our country is in danger the government at Washington take control and help protect it.

Right now since I am not able to vote my family effects Washington and the voting.
